Daylong Nature Immersions

Santa Barbara, California

We are held in a web of relationships...What happens when you open to the possibility that the natural world is communicating with you all the time?

Connect with the rhythms of the land and the elements and feel yourself in relationship with the natural living world. This is a time out of time to slow down and listen deeply, take stock of where you are in your life, open to guidance, clarity and ease that often arise when we enter the wild with attention and without an agenda.

Daylongs take place in local Southern California wilderness settings, from 10am-4:30pm.

FLOW OF THE DAY

We meet as a group at the parking area/trail head, walk a short distance (anywhere from 15-30 minutes) to our ‘base camp,’ have a short check in circle, followed by invitations and activities to soften into an embodied and receptive state of presence. You will have the opportunity for time alone on the land in a loosely guided wander or sit. We will return together for a simple seasonal ritual, and close our time with any harvest from your experience. You will be supported to keep yourself safe allowing the healing power of nature and community to infuse your being.

“There are those who are trying to set fire to the world,
We are in danger.
There is time only to work slowly,
There is no time not to love.”
